Waterloo understands the value to a producer of securing finance at an early stage. Waterloo has arranged a finance facility that allows early commitment to funding, based upon the film meeting predetermined criteria.
Waterloo will commit in writing to the availability of funding, thus allowing the producer to enter the market knowing the project has access to 100% finance so that the producer can negotiate the essential elements being:
- Cast
- Director
- Firm presale estimates from credible sales agents
